Shipping Destinations
We currently deliver our fresh sweets to locations all across India.
Order Processing and Delivery Time
Order Processing: Because we prioritize freshness, all orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
Delivery Time: Once processed, your order will be dispatched via our trusted courier partners. Our standard delivery time is typically 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Please Note: Delivery times are estimates. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, slight variations may occur due to external factors like courier delays, weather conditions, or festive rushes.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The final cost is based on the total weight of your sweet boxes and your delivery location.
Order Tracking
Once your package of treats is on its way, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the journey of your order. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier partner’s website.
Delivery Address
To ensure your sweets arrive fresh and on time, please make sure the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Shahi Manuhaar cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or lost orders caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If you need to modify your delivery address after placing an order, please call our customer support team immediately. We cannot redirect or recall an order once it has been dispatched.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Shipments
We take immense pride in carefully packaging our sweets so they arrive in perfect condition.
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, if you receive the incorrect items, or if the package goes missing in transit, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of the marked delivery date.
Returns and Refunds
