Trays laid out fresh, every single morning
Rows of kaju katli, motichoor, milk cake and ghewar sit under glass — each tray finished by hand and set out the same day it’s made. Nothing is held over; what you see is what was prepared at dawn.
Ask, and we’ll cut a piece for you to taste before you choose. That, too, is manuhaar.

Our kitchen is visible, not hidden — ghee turning gold, khoya folding, syrup pulled to the thread. The aromas that fill the store are the surest sign that everything here is real, and made today.
