Our Policy: No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the perishable nature of our products and to maintain strict health, safety, and hygiene standards for all our customers, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any sweets or food items once they have been dispatched from our store.

Why We Have This Policy

Your health and safety are our highest priorities. Once a food product has left our temperature-controlled store and facility, we cannot verify its handling or storage conditions, nor can we ensure that it has not been exposed to external elements. This strict policy allows us to guarantee that every single box of sweets you receive from Shahi Manuhaar is fresh, hygienic, untampered, and completely safe for your family to enjoy.

Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We understand that issues can sometimes occur during transit. We are happy to rectify errors that happen on our part or during shipping. Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery and contact us immediately if you encounter either of the following issues:

  1. The item received was severely damaged or crushed in transit.

  2. The item received was incorrect (not the sweet or quantity you ordered).

Our Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement for the affected item at no additional cost. We will process your replacement within 10 days and ensure it is delivered to you within 30 days. Please note that we offer replacements only, not monetary refunds.

How to File a Replacement Request:

To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date marked by the courier partner.

Your request must include:

  • Your full name and order number.

  • A clear photo and/or video showing the damaged or incorrect food item, as well as the packaging it arrived in.

Upon receiving your request via phone or email, we will evaluate the issue and arrange for your replacement treats to be dispatched.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed or packed for shipping. Because we pack our sweets fresh to order, please reach out to us via our mobile number as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Once an order has been prepared, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, recalled, or refunded.

Sale and Festive Items

All items, including corporate gift boxes, festive specials, or sweets purchased during a sale or with a promotional code, are considered final sale and are subject to this strict no-return and no-refund policy.
